Unfortunately, he was laid off due to a lack of creativity. His first character was Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Though he tried his luck with Universal Studios, nothing worked out, and that is when he co-founded The Walt Disney Company. In 2017, it was valued at more than $50 billion.

Steven Spielberg: Perhaps, one of the greatest movie directors is Steven Spielberg. Just his name is enough to have a huge line of popular actors. That is his popularity. However, did you know that he was rejected both times he applied to attend the University of Southern California (USC)? Today, he is worth close to $10 billion. Besides, USC, the same university that rejected him twice, gave him an honorary degree and has a hall dedicated in his name.

As you can see, these great men & women have credited failures to their rise to success. If it wasn’t because of their failures, struggles, and adversities in life, they would not have pushed hard enough to reach the pinnacle of fame that they are in today.
